Liked: The breakfast is very good with plenty of choices. The location is perfect.
Disliked: The stairs at the entrance is a problem if you have lots of luggage when you arrive.

Massive Let-down at a Strategic...

Liked: The central location was really Strategic at the City Center, the staffs were very friendly and professional, the good especially breakfast was worth the hype and the Family loved it.
Disliked: That extra parking cost ata public parking was Not budgeted and it hurts. It would have been really nice to know the Hotel (a Former 5 Stars) did not own its parking lot.I requested two rooms with connecting doors which led to a downgrade of what I have booked and paid for. The request for connecting doors was granted but without any refund/compensation of the differentes in the prices of the rooms. This was very dissapointing.I think the rooms we stay at Double Wing Double rooms needed some Renovation for the Dale of better Security and Comfort which is one of the things one pays for when they pay habdsome amount for a reservation at a First Grand Hotel
