Very convenient location for rail...
Liked: Location very close to central railway and bus stations in Gothenburg. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Affordable prices.
Disliked: Design constraints due to location above the station concourse and part of the platform area. Bedrooms a bit disconnected from the restaurant and reception area. Very few rooms have an external view. Most look onto dead areas between the wings.

Great hotel - location is...
Liked: What an interesting location above the central station - we loved the ease of arriving and leaving by train. There was no untoward noise from its situation at all. The room was great. Large and with a kettle - hoorah! Bathtub to boot. Breakfast was very good but pay attention to recommended times for breakfast schedule as it does get busy.

A very confortable stay with...
Liked: It was perfectly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The receptionists are very helpful and friendly. It is located in the station which is quite unusual but really convenient when you need to catch a train. Breakfast was great.

Disliked: Could use a renovation of surfacesDon’t blend juice with water on breakfast, that is cheap, rather rise the price with 1€ The staff acted like tourist guides for one customer in check-in when there was a queue behind. The right way would be to tell them to take check-ins first and then help with finding tourist attractions when the queue is gone.

Terrible in every way

Disliked: Hotel, is old, dirty, nothing to do with hyatt, it was so bad that I left after one night although I booked for 2 nights
