Disliked: Dusty everywhere in room. Bathroom was not clean when i go in to the room at my first night. much hair and dusty bathroom, i found a fly in a glas in bathroom.the carpet is dusty, ceiling light full of dust.I talked to officer in the morning the day after before breakfast to clean up the room and complain what I met in the evening, but they start to clean when the time was 4pm then leave the room with wet room.Officer invite me with a bottle of water to compensate the uncomfortable situation. not worth.

Liked: Excellent hotel originally built around late 1890's - quaint, yet modern and comfortable. Across the road from Eskilstuna Station and a short walk to the main shopping areaExcellent room, comfortable, warm (snowing outside), small yet functionalVery helpful staff, chatty and informative, welcomingSolid Swedish style breakfast, hot & coldEvening dinner, one course + served .. very tasty !
Disliked: The drip coffee at breakfast was a little ordinary (watery) .... and the juice needed chilling.

Disliked: The bed could be more comfortable, a little too narrow for me. However. I did slept well all nights.
