Liked: The receptionists were lovely, very helpful, lending me an adapter for my phone. Stylish lobby area. Nice modern rooms with a great view. Delicious buffet breakfast with yoghurt & compot and a good delicatessen selection - .could slice your own cheese with a professional cheese slicer!
Disliked: The hot food at breakfast, could have been more extensive/hotter but bear in mind when I was staying the kitchen was under going renovations so good considering.

Pleasant stay

Liked: The location is good, it's nice to be close to the harbour and the canal. The new library is also right across the street. I liked having access to a balcony.Breakfast has a good variety of options with excellent crispy bacon, the coffee machine makes an acceptable brew and it's a good view from up on the 10th floor. The lounge area on the ground floor is also nice, I enjoyed a drink there with a friend.
Disliked: I didn't like not being able to adjust the temperature in my room. It was sunny and fine so I was able to keep the balcony door open when I was in the room, but if it had been raining or too windy to leave the door open it would have been really much too warm in the room.

Liked: The hotel is in a perfect place, 3-5 minutes walking distance from the central station, right next to the water, and close to other places that you would generally want to go. The room is spacious, I had a room with balcony, not sute if every room has it but I like the views and the size, including the bathroom. All was great. Breakfast is also quite good for the price you are paying, great variety.
Disliked: Not much, it was overall a very good experience

Liked: Great breakfast buffet with stunning view over the harbour and city. Close to the railway station.
Disliked: The area / view from my room was a bit industrial (depending on taste whether you like that), but the nicer parts of town is within walking distance. I was there for one night, so the location close to the railway station and light rail was perfect for me.
