Liked: I felt so welcome and comfortable. I love the fact that it is a family run business - you're made to feel very special and your needs are completely met. The hotel has such a lovely atmosphere unlike so many of the faceless, clinical hotels I've stayed in. The breakfast was delicious. Thank you so much for making my stay so wonderful.
Disliked: Nothing at all.

Liked: Easy to find hotel near the centre of Hitchin. Clean and well presented if a little dated. Breakfast was nice and cooked to order
