Liked: The location was convenient.
Disliked: Our room smell heavily of cigarette smoke. We asked them to move us, they did not. We asked them to spray the room. They did not. Our room was never cleaned and they never made our beds.

Passable

Liked: Breakfast buffet was good. There were a ton of sugar ants in our room all over the nightstand and some on the beds. Told staff at checkout and they had no reaction.

Liked: How the girl at the desk was very helpful when there was a small bottle and spoon left out by the safe.
Disliked: The beds were rock hard

Short stay but not welcoming

Liked: Buffet breakfast with hot food. Bed was comfy. Pool was adequate.
Disliked: We couldn't use pool until they checked us in. The front desk person should NOT be in hospitality business. I WON"T BE BACK. I travel A LOT and spend MANY nights in hotels.

Disliked: First night was a disturbed night due to extremely noisy air conditioning unit (although we were moved to another room the following morning)

Superb

Liked: Breakfast went well. THe only hiccup was checkin. Booking.com did not have it under my name, it was under the person I rented the second room for. This delayed checkin until we figured it out.
