Liked: The room was very comfortable, beautiful location, great services and amazing customer service. They were incredibly accommodating and when there were issues online with checking in, they helped through the phone and made everything seamless. Will definitely be back in the future!

Disliked: I will not be staying at hotels that don't have a front desk person. While everyone I spoke to was friendly I am not comfortable doing all communications by phone

Liked: So clean!
Disliked: No front desk, and their online assistance ends at 9pm. Their website to fill out the check in form sucks and won’t submit, same with the $100 fee form. I had to resubmit 4-5 times and it never submitted. Then they only send your room code until the form is submitted, so I had to call at like 8pm when we arrived to ask them to send instructions to get into our room. Could all be avoided with just one single employee on site.
