Liked: Breakfast was amazing. Very good menu selection!
Disliked: There should be some sort of food/snack items available at all times. It was disappointing that 2 out of the 4 days, I was unable to even purchase a snack from the bar area even though there was food in the snack case.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was really nice. The shower was the best part! The staff was all very kind. Concierge is even available by text! They quickly fixed the fact that our robes were not included in our room by bringing them up to us.
Disliked: Room stated there was a mini-bar - they are apparently phasing this out. They have an ?old? menu posted online according to the bartender. We tried ordering some items from their menu off of their website and the bartender stated they did not have those items and I must have been looking at an old menu, which I was looking at directly on their website. Robes are included in your stay but they were not in our rooms. The room booking also stated these rooms were soundproof and they are NOT! I heard every single car drive by outside and even other guests conversations and the TV?s from adjacent rooms. It was really disappointing for a four star hotel. I wouldn?t have any negative things to say if I were not misled by the things we were expecting. Website and booking.com need to be updated.

Liked: We stayed in room 230, the location was fine and quiet which is best since it does get noisy new the lobby/restaurant area. Due to covid there is no one entering your room so that can be a plus. Front dest was accommodating to get you more supplies.
Disliked: Lack of communication. We weren't originally aware maid service would not enter rooms, so we took out our own trash since it got full for a 4 night stay. We had to ask for more toilet paper, towels and shampoo items. The one thing issue we had was going down to the restaurant/bar area Saturday night around 7pm and turned away because there was going to be a live band and we needed reservations due to accommodating outside customers. We can understand revenue is revenue BUT hotel guests of 4 nights who have spent money in house should be granted some communication ahead of time.
