Very good

Liked: Very friendly staff. Lovely dinner and nice atmosphere.
Disliked: Our sink was leaking in bathroom and there was a bit of a mouldy smell.The breakfast I'm sorry to say was very poor. The food looked like it wasn't fresh. The toaster wasn't working. I was so surprised at the breakfast because our dinner had been lovely

Liked: Staff were friendly.
Disliked: Room - No bedside tables had to put phone etc on the floor not ideal. Room temperature cold, radiator did not work. Rooms were adequate but overpriced as they were nothing special and felt tired. We had our evening meal in the onsite restaurant/bar. The food was pleasant enough however, it was expensive for 'pub grub' with limited options. Small plates or light bites would be a welcome extra as not everyone wants a full sized meal after a day of travelling.

Liked: Location, parking ease, good breakfast, staff interaction.
Disliked: Room size appeared small because third cot-bed which was not required.

Average stay; food not great

Liked: Close to where I needed to be for work the next day.
Disliked: We arrived late (21h00) and the night porter booked us in, but he was very unfriendly, we almost felt un-welcome. The breakfast can be upgraded. More fresh fruit please. I ordered an omelette, waited more than 20 minutes, and it was bone dry. The worst omelette I ever had.

Liked: Lovely friendly hotel, all staff were very pleasant, we had dinner both nights and we were very pleased also breakfast was great aswell. Good value for money.
