Very good

Very comfortable room. Great staff.

Liked: Very nice staff. Room was spacious and very clean. The food in the restaurant was great.
Disliked: Nothing.

Compared to many other establishments...

Liked: The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant food is ok.
Disliked: I've never stayed in a hotel/motel where on one day of the week there is absolutely no staff. The office is closed. No one is around. What would happen if there was a plumbing or power problem. ? How would you get help. ? The room rate isn't cheap, over 180 a night but one day a week the room is not serviced. The linen is old and tired. We complained because towels in our room had holes in them! I've stayed in hundreds of hotels and motels and Finns is, quite frankly bizarre .

Very relaxing stay with lovely...

Liked: Very conveniently located close to amenities . Room spacious loved the spa bath Well equipped room and very clean . Restaurant was good had specials and varied menu Recommend Halloumi salad it was so delicious Staff were very friendly and service was excellent Will be back
Disliked: Only a bit more noisy in the restaurant with Television on for sports but you would expect that.

Would come here again

Liked: Had a lovely meal in the restaurant downstairs and the room was lovely and spacious with decent large bed
Disliked: No rain ha

Liked: Everything! Staff are amazing every time we come. The rooms are clean, cosy and comfortable. The spa bath is an added bonus! Also, so many delicious food options within the Paekākāriki township.
Disliked: Could do with some privacy shades for the rooms overlooking the township. Other than that, it’s perfect!
