Simple, but that's what we...

Liked: It was a great place to stay as we were travelling far, and really were only here for a place to sleep. Nothing special, but great for that purpose.
Disliked: There is no staff present at the location. You enter the room with a key from a lockbox, the code for which you'll receive through a text message. That's not necessarily negative, but if something was wrong, you didn't have a contact on site. My fiancé had to fix the toilet because the water kept flowing once we flushed the toilet. He said it was an easy fix, but still something that shouldn't be on us. It would have been great if there had been a little fridge, especially as there is no breakfast offered (but DeeDee's across the road I can definitely recommend! Great breakfast! Wonderful service!)

A comfortable stay near to...

Liked: This is a really well-located property for walking the South Downs. Small, but with everything you could need for an overnighter. Bed was comfortable and shower was powerful. Couple of nice pubs nearby for dinner. Would recommend.
Disliked: The hairdryer is fixed to the wall and the cable doesn’t reach the plug!

Liked: Great location, quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday, clean room, has all amenities, very comfortable beds, we slept like babies 😊
Disliked: the only downside is the smell of humidity, but apparently this is a problem in many small hotels in England
