Liked: Nice staff, clean comfortable rooms, nearby stores and restaurants.
Disliked: Saturated traffic around the area. But I know its inevitable and still had a great stay.

Liked: It is attached to a large, diverse mall. The shuttle was hourly and free. They have room service.
Disliked: I paid for a Garden View room and was initially sent to a room overlooking a street with vendors. The room had a broken TV, no WiFi, no duvet cover, the blanket was worn thin, and I honestly was surprised by this low rent room. They agreed to change my room when I said I needed WiFi. They knew the room was broken. And, I amaze multiple attempts to contact them prior to my stay and did not get a response. Lesson learned.
