Liked: facilities were amazing, room awesome, small and private but enough for a couple
Disliked: a/c wasnt working fine, well wasnt chilling. Temperature was stuck, but i was so tired to contact reception over night. The next day I notify reception clerk about the issue; well it was my fault not raising the hand and get it fixed asap.

Good but needs improvement

Liked: Close to the airport and on the top of the mall.
Disliked: Sink is outside the bathroom. No smart TV

The Traffic in Mx City...

Liked: I was able to sleep. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was quiet. I did hear a child running upstairs in the early morning hours.I was given two key cards which was good since the first one stays in the room to keep the lights on.
Disliked: The morning driver didn't bother to help me with my bags.The silver hand soap holder by the sink was dirty.The morning receptionist was new. I asked for a receipt. She didn't know how to give me a receipt.It took 30 min for the shuttle driver to pick me up from the airport.

Superb Professional and secure place...

Liked: Shuttle to and from the airport, the assistance given, the staff were all professional, the room was as the pictures advertised. The shopping mall is super close, the breakfast was good great place.
Disliked: The dim lighting in the room.And an odd smell from car park lift to lobby
