Would not recommend for tourists in Mexico City.
Liked: Great view from our room on the 10th floor. They offer a free drink in the lobby and kindly stored our luggage overnight. It's located next to a mall.
Disliked: Firstly, the staff at the reception spoke little to no English which made checking in and overall communication very difficult. Secondly, the room was ok and also clean but there were noticeable signs of wear and tear and lack of upkeeping. The light in the bathroom was very unflattering and the shower curtain lowkey gross. As it's a conference hotel, it's located quite far from any of the city's sights and thus not a great option for tourists.

Liked: Location is god to south CDMX area
Disliked: There was a person at the elevator trying to go up without a key and didn't go even when we requested to go out. We notified to front desk boy and didn't do anything.

Liked: The position was good for our needs, near commercial parner, shopping center and main communication ways.
Disliked: We have been ther in 2019 and rooms was good. Not this time. At moment the hotel need a restoration. Fornitures are poor and old, heating system not warming and was loudy. Water at sink was sometime not warm; blankets damaged, weary and with holes. Staff was barely speaking english and never answered to our email with request to fix something in the room. After 3 days we asked to change room and the new room was almost in the same condition, just a little better.
