Disliked: Only two working elevators for 25 floors, lobby areas and hallways hot, even my room not cold enough, no staff on first floor to tell you where to go, reception is on 2.

Liked: The gym is small but it has enough machines for cardio and weights. The pool and jacuzzi are cool although I didn’t have time to use them.
Disliked: There is no option to include breakfast. The restaurant has strange rates: I traveled with other 3 people and we were all charged different breakfast rates. Some of us were given a menu to order a la carte, others had eggs with fruit and had one price, the others were charged buffet menu. Beware: none of these prices were printed anywhere except for those ordering a la carte. I could hear the loud music every night from the disco bar that is part of the small commercial complex the hotel is part of. In other rooms, you could hear people in the neighbouring rooms.There was a leak on a my room, in the bathroom. One of my colleagues had a little pond in the middle of this room. No idea where it came from, and when the staff was informed they didn’t provide a solution. “Ahorita mandamos a alguien” often means that things will get resolved by themselves.
