Liked: good location in a mall and very close to Vasconcelos library a beautiful landmark in mexico city.
Disliked: i expecgted a cleaner room. floor was messy with something gooey and also found hair.

Liked: Not much to say.
Disliked: Avoid this hotel!! They are not providing an invoice, I asked them several times (while i was booking, then during check-in, check-out and several times after...). Nobody is replying, even customer service can't help with that! It's ridiculous. I can't reach them since last 2 weeks.In addition, hotel first clicked that I cancelled a trip which is not true! Probably they are cheating booking.com with commissions.
