Liked: Modern, clean and nice rooms.
Disliked: Staff unresponsive. I told them that I would need airport pickup so they gave me the number to call reception. I tried calling several times and no one answered. I ended up taking an uber to the hotel. I also requested my printed invoice, they couldn’t provide it saying that the system wouldn’t let them. They said once the system was ok they would send it to my email. It’s been one day and I haven’t received it.

Liked: Shuttle service was great. We arrived late after 11pm and I called hotel and tbey sent a driver to pick us up. All staff we interacted with was friendly. The restaurant was also delicious! Overall great experience!

Liked: Staff was very helpful
Disliked: The duvet cover was really dirty with makeup stains all over it, the sheets were dirty, I found a pubic hair in the sheets under the pillow.
