Good

Liked: The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel is near a lot of stores and food places. A Starbucks is within the hotel's premises. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The room can be a bit noisy as I could hear traffic along Av. Reforma from the 15th floor.

Liked: Nice location. Overall is good.
Disliked: 1. Some restaurant staff's quality and service attitude need improvement. 2. The hotel should have been repainted or renovated, as there is a lingering smell of paint that hasn't dissipated.

Disliked: the women at the front desk did not have good attitude, the bathtub is all scraped and old and it looks gross to step in. the halllways rugs are really old and need replacing
