Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: I was charged a cleaning fee for having a cut on my finger that bled and throwing away the bandaid in the trashcan. I usually stay in this hotel when I come to town, but I will not be doing so again.

Not happy

Liked: Close to downtown Chicago, however scary area should be on the lookout
Disliked: Charged me additional $50 just for something that was mandatory and all I received was 6 cokes To expensive and needs to be renovated Also the twins beds are bunk beds

Liked: Facilities are pretty, design, have amazing concept, and super clean
Disliked: Very noisy housekeeping staff in the early morning. People are sleeping. I'm so disappointed because they charged me a different amount than what I had booked, I called them several times to figure it out and understand the charges but they just told me on the phone "I cannot hear you" and then just hang up.
