Excellent b&b and good value,...

Liked: Good size twin room. Clean and modern bathroom with big shower. Excellent breakfast. Dedicated breakfast and living room for guests. Maria is an excellent host, nothing is too much trouble and is very accommodating. Good amount of free parking available.
Disliked: Nothing significant, so just minor observations/suggestions: TV position in twin is a little awkward when watching in bed, and, being a house, you can sometimes hear guests in common areas/stairs.

Liked: Grt location, private wing of the house and had your own lounge

Excellent overall, good value for...

Liked: Very friendly host, very clean, great shower, use of sitting-room with good books as well, its like being in a small house alone.
Disliked: No comfy chair in the bedroom, though not a problem because full use of sitting-room. Basic chair for computer table in room, but if I had asked I am sure the host Maria would have arranged a better chair for me. Plus it wasnt really a computer table, but I was there for work and used it as such.

Highly recommend

Liked: Very clean and comfortable, well equipped with towels tea coffee hot chocolate biscuits etc very spacious and warm super host and breakfast was delicious. I will definitely stay again next time I’m in the area.
Disliked: Nothing not to like.

Liked: Friendly, helpful, quiet location, flexible host, comfortable room & beds. I wanted for nothing.
