Liked: Location was the best part of this hotel!
Disliked: The hotel was nasty. There was mold in the room, furniture was broken, water leak in the bathroom, dead bugs in the room, not all light fixtures worked in the room (they were about to fall off the wall) While we were checking in a guest came and complained his room, which he just checked in to, was nasty. We stayed one night and when we got up to leave there was no water. Staff was not helpful or very friendly. Will not be returning to this hotel. This hotel was not expensive but definitely not worth what we paid.

Liked: There was no part of our stay good.
Disliked: AC didn't work, the tv wouldn't shut off, no hot water Sunday morning, we waited almost 2 hrs for the shuttle after being told it was on its way numerous times.Will never stay there again!

Liked: Booked a king room, they didn't have a king room when I arrived. The room they gave me was occupied when I opened the door.
Disliked: Still waiting for a refund

Liked: The place was decent, only full size beds , with small pillows, so you might want to bring your own. The two reasons to stay here: the price and you're walking distance from places to eat and drink and close by to the Grand Old Opry House.
