Liked: Beds were fairly comfortable. This is a great area to stay. Close to everything. Staff was friendly when we arrived
Disliked: Our room smelled like cigarettes. If this was a smoking room, we should have been informed. It was BAD!!! The room also smelled like mildew and mold. I was half sick the entire stay. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. There was something orange stuck to the ceiling above the TV. The mold and mildrew on the bathroom walls was gross and obvious. My blowdryer was missing from the wall. I asked the office staff for one and they were supposed to bring it but never did. The glass tray from our microwave was missing as well. The kids in the room above our room were up and extremely noisy until after midnight. The next morning they were banging and running, stomping and noisy again beginning at 5:30 AM. I would not chose this hotel again and believe. I would have complained to the office but was unable to reach them when I tried to call a couple of different times. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
