Could have been a lot...

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: The handicapped room was at the end of the hallway, opposite to the elevator.The toilet was a child size toilet, not a handicapped toilet. My husband was unable to used it.The TV did not worked. I reported it the first, second and third day, but nothing was done.

No major complaints. Great stay.

Liked: Location was beautiful and very comfortable.
Disliked: Just wish they had a microwave. To make it easier to heat great leftovers from great restaurants.

Liked: Convenient location & price was great.
Disliked: Could update bathroom gadgets, could be cleaner, lighting could improve and, the electrical outlets weren't all working properly.

Liked: The only thing i like was the staff. The staff was great
Disliked: Locate!!! the hotel is connected to the hospital on the 4th floor. You were able to tell the rooms were hospital rooms. The parking there is no parking. You have to park in the hospital parking lot which you have to pay for. Not only that They booked our rooms. they lost our reservation when "updating" the system.

Liked: No breakfast provided. Not a good location for a Hotel.
Disliked: The hotel is in the 4th floor of a medical center.Had to take the elevator to get ice on the 5th floor.The hotel was hard to find.No breakfast was provided.No swimming pool.Bad view out the window.
