Liked: Friendly professional staff. Convenient location .
Disliked: Only one complaint was that the bed had a poor mattress which meant we did not have a comfortable night’s sleep. However we did tell staff in the morning and they were very apologetic and thanked us for bringing it to their attention and said we should have complained before our nights sleep as they would have dealt with the problem.

Liked: - Beautiful location- Clean room
Disliked: - Dirty pillow inserts- Reception & SPA staff unwilling to help- No bathrobes/slippers- Weird rules in SPA centre: force you to buy swimming hat, teenagers not allowed to jacuzzi, no lifeguard on duty in the pool, 8-9 y.o.boys allowed to female dressing rooms with their mothers- Overbooked restaurant with hotel guests not having priority- Terrible food at the hotel bar: below regular pub level at 2x prices- Greasy "full Irish" breakfast with no fresh fruit or veg availability, terrible soda bread or shop-type rolls only, diluted powder-based juices- Old, outdated and kitsch interiors- Exorbitant price for what hotel offers
