Liked: We were given a complimentary upgrade. Parking was safe and convenient for our rental car. Kitchen facilities were great. Bathroom had heated flooring and a heated towel rack

Wow what a great place

Liked: Wow what a great place, From the minute u step in and meet the staff to being in your room is wonderfulThe room was so big and clean and has everything u needin them with great little kitchens and wash dryers they are super quite and with really comfortable bedsThe location is brilliant with so many shops and restaurants around and the area is very safeGreat covered parking and amazing friendly staff (they even sweep the car park and keep that clean)I will def be going back there

Disliked: Our pan was a bit battered and didn’t sit properly on the element. Everything else was perfect

Modern , comfortable bed. Good...

Liked: Located very close to quite a few good restaurants and cafes. Modern and comfortable bed.
Disliked: We were allocated a disabled access room ( which we did not request) which meant that the showers was just a curtain screen and the whole bathroom was wet after one shower. Water everywhere!

New,, fresh and clean and...

Liked: These units are fairly new, fresh and clean. Towels were great size. Kitchenette was modern and well equipped. Parking free and location is very handy too. You can walk for cafes and restaurants etc. handy to drive to harbour bridge and city and close to bus and you can even use the Birkenhead point ferry to city. We were a family of 2 adults and three children and we had everything we needed. If you walk to the bottom of the street you can walk down a path and stairs and end up in the beautiful Chelsea park, sugarworks with tours and cafe.

The location was just phenomenal...

Liked: The location was great and very convenient. There are restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance.
Disliked: There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom.
