Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, as was the pool. Location is great and our room was on the quiet side of the hotel as requested.
Disliked: The only thing that wasn't as good was in our bathroom the toilet roll holder was falling off the wall and kept dropping the roll on the floor. Also in the bathroom one of the bulbs was gone, so it was quite dim in there.

Liked: Disappointing the pool and hot tub were removed from service the day after we arrived perhaps booking.com can make adjustments like this happen before we book
Disliked: A room without a running children opening doors and slamming them, they were actually great kids being kids however perhaps it should be considered when assigning rooms
