Liked: The hotel is spotless, Lovely clean comfy beds, showers are great lovely and warm. The staff are lovely and very helpful.

Good location but nightmare hotel.

Liked: Apart from the location, there was nothing good about this hotel.
Disliked: There was no window coverings, the bed was uncomfortable, you couldn't open the bathroom door properly, the shower was cold and to top it off the bathroom was not clean - we found a small amount of excrement on the tiles next to the toilet! Every time we had a shower it leaked into our friends room, who were staying directly beneath us.

awful, what a dump.

Liked: there was nothing to like about it, I tried to keep an open mind but the leaking roof was just too much.
Disliked: the hotel was run down, the wallpapaer was torn and dirty and when the room up the stairs had a shower it poured through our roof and onto our carpet and bed, what a nightmare of a place.Our shower door could not open properly because it hit the sink.

Came cut the airshow weekend....

Liked: Excellent customer service. Greeted exceptionally well, hotel staff went out if their way to ensure we were comfortable and that our needs were met.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike
