Disliked: Horrible hotel. It should not be trading. Staff horrific. Was verbally abused and was asked to leave when confronted with questions. Im a disabled man and was totally disgusted. Please ignore photos. None are true. The worst experience in Blackpool. Absolutely shocking. -5*****.

Disliked: Hard mattress, room was far too hot and no cooling fans, says it has a 5 star food rating clearly shown as you walk in but has no kitchen no food facilities offered

Really enjoyed the stay here.

Liked: Very accommodating. We left a different hotel earlier in the day as it was not as described and really unsafe and unhygienic. We booked this later in the day and was greeted at the door by the owner. Saw him the following day and was really friendly asking how the room was and how our stay was going. The room was lovely and comfortable and thanks to the lovely hospitality it made our trip much more enjoyable. Thank you for helping at quite short notice.
Disliked: Only downside WiFi didn’t work.
