Exceptional
Liked: l- the room, the shared spaces, our balcony , pool, free laundry etc. Some of the staff were genuinely so sweet and kind we felt like we were leaving friends
Disliked: The only negative was breakfast which was expensive and pretty bad. Just skip that one and go to the bagel place down the street :)

Liked: The staff was very nice.
Disliked: I booked a Junior King Studio through Booking.com for a weekend stay. The room was nice, and I enjoyed it enough to extend my stay by one more night. I booked the exact same room type again through Booking.com, expecting a seamless extension.However, I was moved from the second floor to the first floor, as I was told the original room was booked for someone else on Monday. That was surprising, as I had reserved the same room type. The new room was similar but clearly more worn, less clean, and there was a human hair on the pillow—which was disappointing. I don’t believe the hotel was fully booked that monday, so the change felt unnecessary.Additionally, I noticed that Hilton Honors members were greeted at check-in with a complimentary bottle of water, while other guests were not offered anything. I understand loyalty programs offer perks, but it’s a bit awkward to witness this distinction at the front desk. Hilton, surely you can offer every guest a bottle of water—it’s a small gesture that makes a big difference in how guests feel welcomed.
