Want to love this place...

Liked: Rooms were nice for price, facility hallways well air-conditioned
Disliked: Bugs in a crack in the ceiling above the shower, room AC less effective than ideal and made a lot of noise

Exceptional

Disappointing

Liked: Very clean!
Disliked: It was 4 in the morning when the fire alarm blared, startling me, especially since I'm pregnant. Just a minute later, they turned it off.

Pleasant

Liked: The price was decent for area.
Disliked: Asked for new sheet and seemed like that was a heavy request for the maid man. He was almost insulted. But there were makeup stains on our bed sheet.

Amazing hotel but location is...

Liked: Loved the breakfast and the employees who served us, they were very accommodating. The hotel was always clean and staff is nice.
Disliked: The location. It’s surrounded by other industrial buildings and there were always creepy, catcalling men along Skillman ave. I always had to go another direction.

Superb

Good budget stay, clean and...

Liked: Street parking was easy and the location is convenient to Manhattan and other boroughs. The little convenience store inside the hotel has fair prices. It was clean.
Disliked: There are lots of little things that make it obvious this is a budget motel - the shower curtain being almost too short, the towels being a bit small and rough, the air conditioner being controlled at the unit, not on the wall.

Liked: Cleanliness, how attentive the staff was. They made our first stay in NY easy, and im very grateful!
