Comfortable property and great value
Liked: Friendly Staff. The property is a good size and spotless and comfortable. Well organised for breakfast. I felt like home. I wish to book again for my next visit in New York

Liked: Fresh breakfast on the roof. That’s what made the stay a lil more special. A little shop downstairs in lobby; which was very convenient.
Disliked: A little far from the subways if you don’t like to walk. Rooms kinda small

Comfortable, value for money and...
Liked: Ideal location and value for money if you’re looking to stay close to Manhattan but save a bit of money. Very close to Hunters Point and Court Square subway stations which take you straight into Midtown in about 10-15 mins.Comfortable facilities and helpful staff, they even have a mini shop in the lobby where you can buy most essentials as well as snacks/drinks.
Disliked: Rooms were fine but could have done with better storage space - lack of wardrobes/cupboards or more shelves meant for longer stays like ours we ended up living out of suitcases which was a minor inconvenience.

Disliked: The train sounds loud and is very nearThe elevator system is slow to access to the breakfast. No stairs possible Breakfast boring, somethings you have to wait too much, it’s is non self service Subway at 10-15 min walking through a bad area
