Disliked: This hotel has always been my go to since i have been going to Guadalajara for the last 4yrs.. I at least try to go 2x a year.. Never had an issue because it has always been 5 star with previous employees and this time i didn't like the stay.. The towels in my room were all torn, didn't have towel to place ase a matt.. When i called front desk to ask for one, i was told they would take me one and they never did.. Very poor service in the restaurant, waitress never went back to check on us, she literally forgot about us and it wasn't busy to where we were forgotten.. The doorman didn't offer to help us out to our room as the previous employee was excellent at performing this task.. It just seems, that as years go by they are just hiring anybody to have staff and not people who actually like their job and provide us the best service. This hotel is a little pricey, so i was expecting better service..
