Fawsley Hall Hotel

Excellent...!

Liked: We liked everything.
Disliked: There are areas that could be improved. The staff are a little too attentive at the moment. This is learnt over time though. Fawslay could use a down duvet and pillows; little changes that would improve the already lovely experience

Liked: Stunning building. Enjoying pre-dinner drinks on the great hall was a highlight!
Disliked: No lift (as far as I’m aware!).

Completely relaxing stay in a...

Liked: Breakfast was very nice and the staff kindly made sure we got all we wanted even though we arrived at the last minute. Dinner was also tasty. Our room and the whole place were absolutely delightful in all respects; obviously the great Tudor hall but also including the relaxing spa and pool and the charming mediaeval church in the grounds. The way the building has grown over the centuries and its more recent sympathetic modernisations make it a really special place to stay.
Disliked: The bar staff, while helpful and willing, didn't do very well on making cocktails. A bit more training might be a good idea although it was all fine otherwise and we got lovely drinks after a short discussion

Relaxing and luxurious stay

Liked: The team at Fawsley Hall were exceptional. They were friendly, attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They made great efforts to ensure my dietary requirements were met which I really appreciated.The hotel and grounds have a rural and historic charm and we enjoyed a long walk around the grounds. We loved the Spa facilities with 3 different types of Sauna, a steam room, jacuzzi and pool. Our room was incredibly comfortable and warm and the breakfast was delicious with a lot of choices on the menu for a cooked breakfast and also a continental buffet. Cannot recommend Fawsley Hall enough!
Disliked: I can honestly say there was nothing that we did not like about this hotel. We had a fantastic stay and would like to return at some point in the future.
