Fabulous break with my daughter...

Liked: Absolutely loved the setting, the main Hall, the staff were exceptional. Our room was really nice and very clean, had a massive bathroom. Afternoon tea, dinner in the evening and a delicious breakfast.
Disliked: The price for the room was VERY steep as we were not in the main hall but above the spa which was a surprise!Also the cost of £16 for a liquer coffee was extortionate and a surprise on the bill in the morning!

Liked: Lovely property, nice room bar the tiny shower cubicle. Breakfast very good. Spa was one of the better we’ve been to
Disliked: No treatments available in the spa, paying guests should be made aware of this at time of booking. The bar area for food was fully booked so we couldn’t eat at the hotel, we didn’t want room service and we also didn’t want a taster menu or guinea fowl….. the only “normal options” were the bar menu.

Liked: The staff were brilliant, really friendly and helpful, the food in both restaurants was really nice,
Disliked: Unfortunately there was building work going on right next to our room so lots of noise when you was trying to relax, even though advertised you couldn’t get any spa treatments on any of the days we was there, trying to relax in the spa when you have lots of kids running around making lots of noise is very hard. Not sure the value for money in the room was very good, £210 a night for a double bed and small room
