Liked: A great place for a 1 (or 2) day stop. You can park your car just in front of your small, but clean hotelroom.

Superb

Liked: Easy to locate. Easy to book in, staff very friendly. Breakfast excellent.

Disliked: We arrived at the property approximately one hour after the official check-in deadline (around 1:00 AM), due to traffic and a long drive from another part of the country. I explained this to the hotel staff immediately — they were reachable by phone — but they initially refused to let us in, despite the fact that the reservation was fully paid and confirmed.The listing on Booking.com clearly mentions that a key distributor is available for late arrivals, yet no access instructions or codes were provided in advance. Only after persistent calls and pressure from my husband did the staff finally give us the code to access the building and parking.When we arrived, however, all parking spaces were already occupied, even though parking is listed as available for guests. We were forced to park improperly in an unmarked area, and had to wake up early the next morning to wait until another guest left so we could re-park the car safely.In summary:The staff refused access at first, even after we explained our situation;The key distributor was not properly set up or explained, contrary to what was stated in the listing;The parking was unavailable, creating unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

Liked: Staff was very nice
Disliked: Breakfast was actually very poor, rooms were extreme small -and i have seen small rooms in my lifeno ac. For one night as stopover okay, but no more than this.

Bad night in Orleans

Liked: It was cheap and had parking. Breakfast was good value. Staff were very nice and friendly but they couldn't help with the problems.
Disliked: Air conditioner did not work - no controller in any room and it was 26 degrees and very humid. Rooms very small but for cost ok. Other people's hair on bedding and in bathroom. Tired decor - flaky paint and rust. Overall not something we will repeat

No air conditioning and the...

Disliked: No Air Conditioning. It was the only reason I booked as it was 30 degrees that day. They just said they lost the remote. I didn’t sleep all night it was so hot and couldn’t open the windows because of the mosquitoes

Great for a 1 night...

Liked: Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were nice and check in was easy. Free parking on site was handy.
Disliked: Outside aesthetics aren't great, lots of rubbish etc out in the car park and outside spaces are a bit unkempt.
