Food quality excellent, great location...

Liked: Location, gardens , restaurant,room had a table & chairs separate to bedroom area.In the corridor was a fridge full of milk and water, really nice touch as we always run out of milk (big tea drinkers)
Disliked: Expensive considering we had to pay for breakfast, had it been included I’d have said good value

Liked: I felt welcome and well looked-after; the gardens were fabulous - beautiful and restful; the building has a lot of charm; breakfast and dinner were excellent, with attentive service
Disliked: Absence of mobile reception; intermittent internet; peacocks disturbing sleep all night; the taste of the tap water (very chlorinated)

Liked: Nice room overlooking garden.Good food at dinner and breakfast.Lovely garden to walk around.Nice fields opposite to walk in
Disliked: Parked under a large oak tree in the only remaining space and following morning car was covered in bird poo.Had to clean car using gardener's hose as windscreen was so disgusting and then get car cleaned when arrived home.WARNING-do not park under large tree to right hand side of hotel

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable, shower was great. The cook is first class and service was excellent, very friendly staff. Garden was huge and well kept. Plenty of parking. Village was quiet and peaceful with a great pub just down the road.
Disliked: Everything was perfectly satisfactory and nothing to complain about.
