Liked: The breakfast area was fine. We were able to make our own waffles. The selection of breakfast items was good.

It was ok

Liked: The property was fairly priced and clean. The staff was kind and allowed us a 1 hour early check in.
Disliked: Facility is dated and needs a revamping. There is no elevator to get to second floor (a lot of stairs) nor is there anyone to assist with luggage. Further, we arrived late afternoon and while there was a few cookies in the reception area, all coffee was cold and undrinkable. An Inn should do better than that.

Weekend with family

Liked: Lovely clean, well stocked breakfast area. Very comfortable room. Friendly staff. We forgot and left something behind- housekeeping found it and it is being shipped back to us. Always love staying here when visiting family in West Hartford.

Disliked: Reception girls were very nice. Room was questionably clean and despite leaving and placing clean my room at 8 am and returning. At 4 pm my room was not made up. I had to search for cleaning staff for towels. This is the second time I stay at this hotel for kids graduation. Also no elavators and creeky floors.
