Liked: Room was very clean
Disliked: Noise from the street - as we overlooked the street. Ask for a room which doesn't overlook the street and it will hopefully be ok.

Liked: All good, clean, great staff, wonderful location near Gran Via, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Palacio and Retiro and more - all within easy walking or metro.

Great location, would recommend

Liked: Loved the location and spacious apartment. It was perfect for two of us. Having a washer was also great. The apartment was decorated nicely and had everything we needed for cooking.
Disliked: The bed was really firm. The kitchen is very small to cook in but we made it work.
