Liked: I love this Hotel been staying there every time I come to Atlantic city since 1997 off and on since then. Just no interest in the time share. But will Always stay if I can. PLUS LOVE ON THE HIGH FLOOR looking at the AC strip at night.

Disliked: The service was horrible and hurtful. I paid $644 for a sea/city suite. They told me that Booking.com lies to people and issued me a suit with No ocean view. I was heartbroken. I pleaded and begged them to give me what I paid for and they said it was unavailable. If I wanted a sea/view i would have to downgrade. I had no choice but to downgrade to a regular room even though I paid 644$ for a suit. Our room had no soap at all for we had to return downstairs for the 3rd time just to get some soap. The heater in my room rattled so loudly that every night that I stayed there i had to keep getting awakened out my sleep to turn the heat off because of the noise. They did not provide us with any internet at all not even in the room so they whole stay we had to watch regular local television.
