Liked: Great view from our room. The room was clean and comfortable. The elevator can take some time but that is to be expected for how many floors there are.

Liked: Great view. Room very nice and we enjoyed the room however couch not at all good. Uncomfortable for sitting and terrible for sleeping as it is a pull out bed. No one should have to sleep on that. That couch was the worst.
Disliked: The pull out bed couch, it was awful. Also the elevators should be for quest only. The staff used the same elevators and their equipment. During the day especially during check out the quest can’t get an elevator due to them being filled by the staff. It took us 50 minutes waiting for an elevator that we could get in on the morning to check out. Due to elevators full with staff and equipment. Finally I just told the staff to squeeze in and that we were getting on to get to check out since it had to be by 11:00 and had waited 50 minutes already. Stairs were not an option for us with children,suitcases,etc. and we were on the seventh floor.

Liked: Been staying for our anniversary for many years. Love the location & convenients of having the kitchen also indoor parking but we were coming when it was included for free.
Disliked: Parking fee

Terrible service, dirty facilities, wouldn’t...

Liked: Absolutely nothing two of the people there were screaming and arguing the entire time we tried to check in, as well as a man passed out across the sidewalk right infront the office. i checked in at 1 went to the beach for an hour to check things out came back and there were roaches crawling on the floor of our room
Disliked: There were also a roll of dirty toilet paper shoved under the sink in the bathroom as well as stained sheetz and the manager denied refund most he had to offer was a new room directly next to the one that had roaches in it we had booked two different rooms we all packed our things and left to enjoy our night in a much nicer cleaner room.
