Disliked: Laundry was closed when thereSo needed to find a laundry mat.Coffee was good in the morning With they had more optionsPicnic area could have been cleaner dog poop back there.

Liked: I couldn’t even stay on the property! when i got there the front desk employee told me that he didn’t new what happend but that they overbooked and they got me a room next door that it was motel 6. Motel 6 is 10 dollars less for what I pay and they don’t even have breakfast! this is really upsetting since i pay with time
Disliked: This is the first time that ever happened to me and my family! we came to laredo for a funeral service and is really upsetting that employees don’t know how to do their job.

Disliked: Having to bother staff about TV not working and smoke detector beeping all night.

Liked: like always the best place to stay in town with family and for work !Only bad: They do not have the hotdogs at happy hour any more.I am quite sure I speak for nearly every guest: They do NOT need to be free, charge us a fair amount please - but bring the hotdogs back - my kid just loves them and so do I and everybody we have been speaking with ! PLEASE BRING THE HOTDOGS BACK - sell them for a fair price !Everything else is just absolutely PEEEERFECT - THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!!

Liked: We loved everything!! It was clean and comfortable and very unique!! Don’t let the price fool you ! Seemed more like home than an over priced hotel ! We normally stay at Hampton although I would stay here again over the Hampton love the 1 pm checkout and the no deposit as well
