Liked: Loved Lil’ Blue! Coffee and croissants were wonderful! The staff on the property were phenomenal! Very accommodating, polite extremely nice
Disliked: Nothing! Loved it all!

Disappointing

Liked: the location.. private beach was only semi private bc the yacht club annoying kids kept coming over to get yelled at. i only liked the one gurl with the lighter hair for staff.. the other two with darker hair were nasty.
Disliked: i didnt like the level of noise and obnoxiousness of the people above us. only option to move room to second floor and all our stuff or they would say something.. got no sleep screaming running slamming doors for hours on end. i waa told my last day could check out late due to this and staff came to my room trying to rush me out. for another person wanting to check in early when i was told on my atat that early check in is not guaranteed. the website that i have screen shotted aaid pet friendly.. they are not true pet friendly they tolerate pets. website aays okay if in room along but not extended pds of time. i had a nasty women ling black curly hair try to tell me we can bever leave room without dog which is not what i was told several other times. location great. other workers are nice.. just conflicting stories. also no screens for sliding doors or windows allows bugs in

Amazing views and bustling boat...

Liked: We loved watching all the boat activity right off our patio and enjoyed the lounge chairs on the beach upon arrival. The staff gave out s'more fixings for the kids which was a nice touch. The AC was great which we appreciated on a hot summer day.
Disliked: Our room was a little cramped for a family of four and the shower was small but there are trade-offs for the amazing view, friendly staff and beach access.

Outstanding location and clean rooms

Liked: Stunning location, beach and sea views. Clean rooms and great to have use of paddle boards and bikes.
Disliked: Would have a liked a safe and coffee machine in the room.

Nice but had to keep...

Liked: Location is perfect
Disliked: Harbor side rooms have no privacy as the little blue truck has a constant line and customers frequently use the room deck for shade. Every lower level harbor view (which is no view because of all the people) room had its shades closed so people weren’t looking in. Unfortunate cause it’s not cheap and you completely lose the harbor view! Maybe the little blue truck could be parked elsewhere? Other than that the stay was nice!
