Liked: Breakfast was included with the price Staff were very friendly
Disliked: I would’ve expected a bit more for the price point Bed wasn’t super comfortable and the room was quite hot

Exceeded expectations and would be...

Liked: Location excellent. Even managed to see Falls of Lora on morning of departure! Staff friendly, welcoming and efficient. Restaurant food and breakfast both very good. Small room with a view was well proportioned, warm and comfortable.
Disliked: Only criticism would be the white towels which were very gray coloured as though not washed in a hot wash. A bit off putting.

Brilliant stay, beautiful hotel, lovely...

Liked: Such a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Staff fantastic! So friendly. The family room we booked was huge and new refurbished to a beautiful standard.Dinner and breakfast beautiful.
Disliked: Only wee issue I had was ordering a large glass of Chardonnay with my dinner. Food very well priced but the glass of wine was £15.40!! I got a wee fright when I saw that on the bill. You know what though, it was a lovely wine.

I definitely recommend this hotel...

Liked: We liked everything and had stayed in the hotel previously and would definitely stay again.
Disliked: The hotel dining room was busy for dinner at 7.00pm so we accepted a 7.30pm booking but a suitable table was not available and were not eventually served with our meal until 8.45pm which deprived us of a nice after dinner walk to the shore. However we thoroughly enjoyed meal!
