NICE ROOM, BUT EXPERIENCED AN...

Liked: Room was spacious and very clean. It was also in a quiet location. Drapes could use an update.
Disliked: My daughter and I visited the Falls for my 80th birthday celebration and stayed at Falls Manor Resort.Upon returning to the room at 1:00 a.m., we were unable to gain access using the key. If guests experienced difficulty, the advice was to go to Room 29 for help; unfortunately, we were unable to locate that room, as the numbers only went to 26.Luckily, another guest drove in and we asked about Room 29. He advised that it was behind the motel and not visible from the main area. We went to Room 29 and the occupant came to our room, turned the key and put his shoulder into the door in order to dislodge it, which allowed entry.I contacted Falls Manor regarding the issues and suggested they post directions to Room 29 and advise guests in that particular room that the door sticks and needs some body weight applied in order to open successfully. We (two womem) were locked out of the room for 40-45 mins in the wee hours of the morning.I am disappointed that no response was received from Falls Manor, as I felt telling them directly about the issues, rather than on the Booking.com site, would be acknowledged. As a result, I'm posting the review online in order that prospective guests are able to view it.
