Liked: The staff was wonderful and the location was perfect
Disliked: The room could use a little freshening up

Disliked: The included breakfast choice was limited.

Liked: Friendly staff. Convenient breakfast. Good coffee machine
Disliked: Outsid column looked wrecked. Outside parking lot could use a resurface. Next door neighbor's lot was a trashy mess that was just outside the front door. Niagara City should force property owners to keep up repairs and trash picked up in front.

Liked: walking distance to areas we wanted to go and parking was very good as well
Disliked: i cant really add anything i disliked about the hotel

Liked: Just the location
Disliked: Hotel is filthy, linens are not clean, limited small cheap towels, spiders on the wall, the swimming pool looks like a fish pond. Overall, i would not recommend to anyone!

Liked: The toilet
Disliked: The mattress was a box spring w/ a pad on it. The door frame was broken and no hole to lock deadbolt. Bathroom floor was always flooded. They mopped it twice then wanted to leave it for us to take care of it. Floors dirty. Bed covers had holes.

Liked: Terrible quality of room. Bad experience for my trip. The washroom is disgusting. I had to cover the curtain otherwise i cannot go to the Washroom. Hair on the sink and the bed. $--- for that room????? Its not meet the standards to become motel
