Last time I stay at...

Liked: It was close to where we were spending time.
Disliked: Charging for parking?! I have never stayed at a hotel anywhere in my 50 years on this planet that charged me to park my vehicle in the hotel parking lot; and to not mention anything about this until check-in?! Room was not very clean and everything in it was damaged in some fashion. Bathroom sink only had hot water; no cold water came out of the cold water tap. Pillows were attrocious; too small, no support at all, not enough pillows. Could clearly hear the people in the neighboring rooms- kid screaming, mom talking, dad talking; woke us up numerous times.

Disliked: 1.The hotel was renovated and lost all its charm and luxury.The lobby is not welcoming or beautiful.The once beautiful and luxury restaurant looked like an enclosed area that was under construction.2.The parking is not free and it is so far from the hotel that I didn’t even feel safe to walk.No security around.3.The room did not have a safe and the refrigerator was almost falling every time we wanted to open it.4.There is not a pool anymore.5.The hotel seems to be a place filled with lots of people but has neglected to provide a beautiful ,elegant and well decorated environment for guests.When people stay at a hotel , specially if paying for a Marriott ,it is because they want a nice place to stay .This is not happening in this Marriott Bonvoy .Well , so far these Bonvoy are usually not too beautiful.They are usually plain .

Worst hotel experience

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Hotel reception staff was very rude and unprofessional. They did not recognize my booking and denied to give me the rooms. The receptionist and security yelled at us asking us to leave. They ignored my plea to check me in and called the police to evict us from the premises. This was by far my worst hotel experience.

Liked: Very clean, the rooms were beautiful and had comfortable beds, a quiet and great location to spend a birthday weekend and Mother’s Day. The housekeeping did a great job at cleaning and making sure we had all the rooms supplies we needed every day. We were very pleased.
Disliked: Nothing really!
