Liked: Comfy bed, plenty of hot drink making items

Convenient and comfortable

Liked: The housekeeping staff were very helpful in sorting out a problem with the room temperature for my aunt.
Disliked: The door of the disabled room is very heavy to open but I understand it is a fire safety requirement

Good overnight stop

Liked: Stayed here overnight from Suffolk to West Wales. Clean, comfortable and good food. Staff friendly and helpful.

Exceptional

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful.Bed was really comfortable, and we had a great sleep.Breakfast was perfect with plenty of choice.
Disliked: Could do with a slip mat for the bath as when you showered, the bath became slippy.

Liked: Rooms comfortable and clean, food good, facilities good, lager and win good, Staff very helpful and excellent! All at sensible prices.
