Disliked: The room smelt really bad and wasn’t very clean.

Disliked: Not much facilities ie shampoo etc but that’s the only criticism if I had to find one

Hotel ok but staff are...

Disliked: Staff are rude and clearly have zero customer service skills! I booked early check in on February 28th and double checked it by phone call a few days before our stay to be called a liar by the what I presume were the 2 managers. Man and a woman on 4th may around 12.30pm.They were rude to our elderly family members regarding this also and we were only given the option to quickly change in an unoccupied room with a broken door.Staff training is clearly needed at this hotel or these members need a different career. I literally had to argue with Staff in front of a whole restaurant because I need to shower and change for a wedding after driving 4 hours and expected early check in.No body wash, soap or anything in bathroom

Liked: Isabella the manager was absolutely fantastic and we were looked after from arrival to organising a team dinner on the Saturday night.
