Exceptional

Liked: The comfort and the decor, staff were polite and friendly, breakfast was great too. Amenities in surrounding area were handy aswell

Overall, we’ve enjoyed staying here...

Liked: The hotel staff are always so friendly and accommodating, and we really love staying here. It’s consistently clean and welcoming. The breakfast area offers a great variety with beautiful setups, and we enjoyed a relaxing cup of tea in the lovely outdoor area afterwards.
Disliked: We’ve stayed here several times and have always had a lovely experience. However, during our most recent visit, the room lacked air conditioning, and it was quite warm, which made things a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, there were no basic toiletries provided, such as a shower cap or bar of soap. The shower tray also wasn’t in the best condition — it appeared that a non-slip mat had been partially removed, which affected the overall appearance.

Nice place to stay

Liked: Room nice and clean, staff very friendly and helpful.. breakfast was great plenty of choice
Disliked: Pillows a bit soft but that's being very picky.

Liked: Very nice staff. Delicious dinner.
Disliked: The room is very hot, the duvet is winter. There is no body lotion in the shower, the bed is uncomfortable. Very small breakfast selection
