Disliked: Floor of the room was dirty. The Swimming pool was green... People was using the dirt to sign their name on the wall of the swimming pool. Put some chlore in it, and wash it properly !

Liked: I arrived to a room that was unmade, filthy and contained housekeeping cleaning equipment. The bed had no linens, the pillows had no pillow cases. There was one dirty hand towel and no clean towels. The bathroom was dirty and the sink showed signs of being dirty. When I returned to the office to address this, the front desk agent first offered to change the room but then explained that he could not because the manager was not available. The agent never offered linens or towels. I asked for a refund and was refused. The next morning, after sleeping on an unmade bed, another front desk agent claimed that no manager is on duty during weekends, so no resolution was offered.Currently, staff are refuting my claim.
