Liked: Clean room. Quiet stay in a good location. Free parking
Disliked: Having worked in hotel hospitality, I found that friendliness was lacking. The advertisement on the outside signage did not advertise what the hotel offered. There was no pool or spa, no continental breakfast, and no restaurant. It would have been helpful to have a sign to let the guests know these things so that they didn't wander around the Inn looking for them!Also, checking in with 2 people, having a room with 2 double beds, I thought it strange that the amenities were offered singly. (shampoo...coffee packet).When I was looking for the continental breakfast (at about 6:45 am), there was no access from the room to the front desk! The doors were locked, causing me to go outside and around the hotel, and upon pushing the buzzer repeatedly, I received no answer.In summary, the Inn needs to make their guests feel more WELCOME.

Disliked: -Bed linens worn and some tears in the side bottom of sheets. -No outlets by bedside tables. Not helpful if you have a CPAP. Glad the cord was long enough to reach into the bathroom for my husband's machine. -Toilet continued running. Had to shut it off in between uses. -waste can not emptied before our visit.-mattress is coming apart along a top seam. Not a comfortable mattress. -chairs in lobby dirty and worn. Lobby not inviting. -carpet appeared not to have been swept in some areas in the room. Scrap of paper and 2 penny's on floor under bed. -to have the main outlet in the room controlled by the light switch on the wall coming in the room door, is problematic. Found out my phone hadn't been charging. -hard to find someone to check in.
